And am not the only one amongst my other friends. You will be amazed now with the variety of cuisisnes available in india and the Indian palatte has definitly developed further then just Indian or classic Italian food. Am excited to see how this version of Masterchef will evolve. Though the selection of Akshay Kumar as the host and a judge does not sit well in my mind. What credentials does he have in the food industry as compared to some of the international judges in their country formats. Even in India we have some outstanding chefs including some well known celebrity chefs who could have taken this position. So at the putset am disappointed with him as a choice for a judge. Having watched the first episode have great expectations form the contestants. Hi,
